This Legal Notice aims to regulate access, navigation, and use of the website, without prejudice to Paula Raul Sala's ability to establish specific conditions regulating the use of services and/or the contracting of specific products offered to users through the website.
Contract, services provided, prices and payments
The services provided by Hostal La Masia are detailed in the "Tariff" issued by the management, which is relevant at the time of the conclusion of a contract. Additionally, Paula Raul Sala is unilaterally authorized to alter or modify the services provided, as well as the amount to be paid by the client, with a minimum notice of 5 days prior to the provision of the service.
The rented rooms are only available for the clients' use during the agreed period. Any use outside this period must be agreed upon and paid for separately. Any damage occurring in the room(s) and facilities beyond the normal level of dirtiness will be charged separately.
The optional dates established by contract are binding for both contracting parties. Paula Raul Sala reserves the right to release the reserved rooms and offer an alternative to its clients.
All services provided by the hostel, unless otherwise contractually agreed, will be paid in advance for the entire duration of the stay.
Reservations
For making reservations through our website, a phone number or an email is required, along with your first and last name, contact phone number, and a credit card number to confirm your reservation, and your email address to send you any communication regarding the status of your reservation.
Reservations of 7 or more nights must be paid 50% in advance.
Modification, cancellation of reservations and No Shows
The modification, cancellation, or No Show policy will be sent in the booking confirmation email to each client. The cancellation or modification of your reservation must be made via our email. infohostallamasiama
Prices
The prices include the applicable taxes (VAT) in effect in Spain at the time of booking. However, the tourist tax (0.66 euros per person/night) is not included.
The price includes: accommodation service, unless other services are specifically indicated as included. The price does not include: any unspecified services, or extras such as early check-in, later
Notwithstanding the above, the client may at any time request the cancellation of their accommodation reservation, with the cancellation terms outlined in our cancellation policy being applicable.
Responsibility of the Hostel
The parties have agreed that the hostel is not responsible for any goods brought by clients or visitors in areas generally accessible within the hostel. The responsibility for items that the client or a guest brings into the rooms they have rented is limited to the legally permitted amount. The hostel is exempt from any responsibility if the client does not store valuable items in a secure location.
The storage of belongings and personal items before or after your stay (3:00 PM and/or 11:00 AM) is free of charge and kept in a secure location. The manager of Hostal La Masia (Paula Raul Sala) is not responsible for any loss or damage to these belongings.
If there are faults or deficiencies in the services provided by the hostel, the hostel will make every effort to remedy the situation upon receiving notification of this or in case of immediate objection by the client.
Food and drink
Food and drink cannot be consumed in the public areas of the hostel. Food or drink brought from outside the establishment can be consumed in the room, provided it is used responsibly and hygienically with the furniture.

Data protection policy
The protection of user data confidentiality is of utmost priority for Paula Raul Sala as the website manager. Modification of the terms of use
The manager Paula Raul Sala reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as the General Terms and Conditions. The manager recommends that users carefully read the terms every time they access the website to finalize a reservation. Contractors or buyers of any of the services offered on the website will always have access to the General Terms in a visible and freely accessible location for any inquiries they wish to make.
Final provision
To perform any operation, a minimum age of 18 years is required. The execution of any operation implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
Verbal agreements are not accepted. All changes or additions must be made in writing to be legally effective.
The legal venue for any disputes between the parties arising from this contractual agreement is the fiscal domicile, in Manresa (Spain).
The original language is Spanish, therefore, in all translations of these conditions into another language, the Spanish language will prevail over any translation in case of dispute, litigation, interpretation difficulty, or execution of these terms and conditions.
Secure payment
Paula Raul Sala accepts payment via credit or debit card through our payment platform Monei.
This establishment agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is deemed by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be harmful to their goodwill or to negatively affect them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of a product or service that is not fully compliant with all applicable laws to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.
Payment by card
You can pay for your purchase with any of these cards: Visa, Maestro, and Mastercard.
If you choose the payment method by credit or debit card, check the expiration date of your card and ensure you haven't exceeded the allowed limit. This way, you won't risk your payment being declined and your order not being processed.
Regulations
Hostal La Masia reserves the right to expel any client who does not comply with the facilities' regulations at any time during their stay.
Smoking is prohibited. If the smoke detector triggers the alarm in the corresponding client's room, a fine between 601 and 10,000 euros will be applied in accordance with the BOE, Law 42/2010 of December 30, regulating the supply, consumption, and advertising of tobacco products.
Opening hours
Is it safe to shop online?
Yes, at the time of payment, you will be redirected to a secure page where your card details will be requested. This information is encrypted via the virtual POS system, and your card will only be charged once the bank confirms its authenticity. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Paula Raul Sala has no access whatsoever to your card details, only to the order information (amount, product, etc.). Only the bank has access to your card data. This also ensures the confidentiality of your purchase, as the virtual POS system does not require any payment details (description or content), only the final amount.
