Our free cancellation policy allows cancellation without charges up to 72 hours before the check-in date and time (3:00 PM Monday to Friday and 4:00 PM on Saturdays) of your reservation. Otherwise, the client will have to pay the full price of the reservation.
However, reservations of 7 nights or more can be canceled up to 7 days before the first day of the reservation for free. If canceled within the 7-day period, the client will lose 50% of the reservation payment. If the reservation date is changed, the free cancellation policy will not apply.

Similarly, if the client checks out early or does not show up on the day of their reservation, they will have to pay the full amount of the reservation, and the rest of their stay will be canceled.

If, for any reason, the payment cannot be processed correctly from your card at the time of the online booking, please call the accommodation's phone number to manage your booking. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
